Business Owner / Spa Manager / Certified Technician
Caron McAnulty
Caron is a passionate entrepreneur and the visionary behind Revive and Renew Aesthetics and The
Gift Planner. With a passion for fitness, Caron is not only a personal trainer and fitness enthusiast
but also the driving force behind the business.
Her commitment to holistic well-being shines through her work in mind, body, and soul transformation. Caron's dedication to health and beauty extends to her popular fitness YouTube channel, Crushing It With Caron, where she shares her expertise and inspires others to lead healthier lives.
Medical Director / Nurse Injector
Mary graduated from Washburn University, Topeka, Kansas, with her bachelor’s in nursing and
attained her masters degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from Colorado Technical University.
Mary is a double-board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is licensed in Arizona, Kansas,
Nevada and New Mexico as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and is a certified Medical
Director and Laser Safety Officer, as well as being certified in operating most energy based and
laser devices.
Mary has been performing cosmetic injectable treatments, such as neuromodulators and dermal
fillers since 2016 and trained with some of the best injectors in the industry. She works each day on
fine tuning her skills of facial assessment and learning advanced injection techniques to deliver safe,
effective, and natural results for her patients.
Mary focuses on safety and comfort and utilizes microcannulas to help sculpt the face. The benefit
of using microcannulas while injecting is to decrease pain and minimize downtime. This advanced
technique allows for greater symmetry, even distribution and diminished chances of bruising.
Nurse Injector
Meradith has been a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for four years, holding a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and currently pursuing a Master's in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
She is passionate about learning new skills and expanding her nursing portfolio. Over the past couple of years, Meradith developed a deep interest in beauty enhancement, specializing in Botox, skin care, and IV therapy.
She earned her Aesthetic Injection certification through Youthful You in January 2024 and is continuously advancing her expertise in aesthetic treatments.
Now working with Revive and Renew Aesthetics, Meradith is committed to helping patients enhance their beauty and overall well-being through personalized treatments.
Licensed Aesthetician / Certified Laser Technician
Georgia Williams, LE, CLT
Georgia is a seasoned beauty professional, licensed Aesthetician ad Certified Laser Technician.
She believes in a results-driven approach to her treatments, focusing on corrective, restorative, and
anti-aging skin care treatments tailored to meet each individual client's aesthetic goals.
In recognition of the dynamic nature of the industry, she remains committed to continuous education;
and actively participates in continuing education, adopting advanced techniques, and researching
cutting-edge ingredients. She is committed to only utilizing the best products and top of the line
modalities available.
We are thrilled to have her at Revive and Renew Aesthetics, where her meticulous work ethic and
dedication to providing exceptional service will undoubtedly contribute to our commitment to
excellence. Her passion lies in educating clients about the significance of healthy skincare, guiding

Office Administration / Patient Advocate
Theresa Miller
Theresa is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping others and a wealth of experience in
the healthcare field. Originally from Texas, Theresa has called Arizona home for the past 26 years.
With an impressive 25-year tenure in the dental industry, she has seamlessly transitioned from a
skilled Dental Assistant to an accomplished Office Manager, and now we are proud to have her as
our Patient Advocate.
Beyond her commitment to patient care and exceptional customer service, Theresa finds joy in
spending quality time with her son, cherished family members, and close friends. Her love for the
outdoors and appreciation for nature extend into her hobbies, where she can often be found hiking,
engaging in spirited games of pickleball, and actively volunteering at her local church.
Theresa brings her dedication to personalized care and creating a welcoming atmosphere, aligning
perfectly with the spa's ethos. Patients can trust Theresa to make their experience at Revive and
Renew Aesthetics a truly exceptional one, where their well-being and satisfaction are her #1 priorities.

Mary Kaye Henline
Mary Kaye grew up in Southern California and discovered at a very early age that she was meant to
be a caregiver. She has always been passionate in caring for both the very young and old.
It is that caring nature and compassion that keeps “behind the scenes” at Revive and Renew Aesthetics
running smoothly and supporting our amazing team so that they can focus on YOU!
