SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Revive and Renew Aesthetics! Here's what you need to know about how we handle shipping from our studio in Phoenix, Arizona.

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a tracking number once your package ships.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on carrier and destination.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

 

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

 

Delays or Delivery Issues

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, carrier issues, or weather conditions. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is damaged in transit or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
